Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AjentFlow (https://ajentflow.com), operated by Israel LaIt Consults Ltd, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

AjentFlow is a dashboard for business registration agents: client records, jobs, invoices and receipts, document generation, email delivery and an AI assistant (“AI Staff”).

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and be using the service for a business.

Your content and your clients

• The records, documents and emails you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them so the service can work.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you generate and send, and for having a lawful reason to hold and contact your clients.
• Documents the platform generates are tools to save you time. They are not legal advice, and filing requirements can change, so check them before submitting anything to a registry or authority.

AI Staff

AI Staff can look things up and prepare actions, and it makes mistakes. Emails it drafts and anything it asks to delete only happen after you approve them. Please read each draft before you approve it. You remain responsible for what is sent in your name.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading.
• Do not send spam or emails to people who have not dealt with you.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people’s data.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Payments

If paid features are introduced, their prices and how to pay will be shown before you are charged. Prices may change with notice.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Israel LaIt Consults Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by documents, emails or actions you chose to send or approve. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continuing to use the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
