Privacy Policy

AjentFlow (https://ajentflow.com) is operated by Israel LaIt Consults Ltd, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria (“we”, “us”). It is a dashboard for business registration agents to manage clients, jobs, invoices, documents and emails. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Information we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and business name, and your password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in readable form).
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive or anything else in your Google account.
• Business details you add: your business logo, contact line and payment instructions.
• Your clients’ information: names, business names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, jobs, payments, invoices, receipts and the documents you create. You enter this; we store it on your behalf.
• Emails sent through the platform: a record of each email (recipient, subject, message, attachment names and whether it was delivered).
• AI Staff conversations: the instructions you give the assistant and the actions it takes.

How we use it

• To provide the service: sign you in, store your records, generate documents and send the emails you ask for.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Your clients’ data

You decide what client information goes into your account and how you use it. For that information you are the data controller and we act as your processor: we only handle it to run the service for you. Please make sure you have a lawful reason to hold and email your clients’ details.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data for us, only to run the service:

• Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in).
• Vercel (hosting).
• Zoho ZeptoMail (delivering the emails you send).
• Google (sign in with Google, and the Gemini AI model that powers AI Staff, which receives the details needed to answer your request).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your records, except anything we must keep to meet legal obligations.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each account can only see its own records, and access is protected by sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to how it is used, or to withdraw consent. Email us at israellaitconsultsltd@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you about important changes.
